Le Tonkinois Marine No.1: This is the original formula, refined with modern techniques for even easier application and a slightly higher gloss finish. Both the Classic and No.1 formulas deliver excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, making them ideal for outdoor use, while their low solvent levels and minimal odour also make them suitable for indoor applications.
Le Tonkinois Parquet: Specifically designed for flooring, this varnish uses a strong synthetic Alkyd resin and Ester oil for a harder-wearing surface, perfect for foot traffic. Its finish is slightly less glossy than the Marine versions, offering a subtle, slightly opaque look.
All three formulas—Classic, Marine No.1, and Parquet—can be customised to a matte or semi-matte finish by adding Gelomat to the final coat.
