We at Tim Gilmore Limited are wooden boat specialists who are offering repairs, restoration and maintenance using traditional methods and the highest quality materials. Tim first began repairing and maintaining wooden boats from Emsworth in 1996. As the level of business increased, he was able to employ a small team of talented shipwrights on a full time basis. Over the years they have worked on many fine boats of different shapes and sizes for customers who are enthusiastic about wooden boats and appreciate that a lot of work is often necessary to look after them properly.
During the summer of 2012 Tim Gilmore Ltd relocated to Birdham Pool Marina which now offers customers a better facility for carrying out the work on their boats. The boat shed is approximately 75 ft (23 metres) by 23 ft (7 metres) with a self contained machine shop in one corner (approx 23 ft x 11 ft) with a mezzanine floor above.
We never accept second best! All of our repairs, restoration and maintenance work is second to none! So if you require our services or need any advice, we are more than happy to help.
