We at Traditional Shipwright Services Ltd are a specialist boat and yacht building, repair and restoration company that can help with keeping your beloved boat or yacht in perfect condition. Our expert team covers all areas of boat building services incorporating over 30 years of experience in the wooden boating industry. Our 8500 sq feet workshop facilities are based in Westons Point Boatyard in Poole, Dorset and we are able to cater for various kinds of work and boats here from all around the UK. Our spacious building allows us to offer a great customer service plus haul out on our slipway and inside storage for up to 12 tons and 6ft draught (prices on application). Our team covers a range of marine trades and services such as marine engineers, electricians, surveyors, yacht brokers etc, enabling us to coordinate and manage all projects under one roof.

For all our New Build Projects our aim is to create and provide a vast offer of wooden or GRP boats build to the highest quality and standards at affordable prices. Some of our recently completed building projects include our 10ft Somnium clinker dinghy and the X One Design class 20ft keel boat which raced in Poole harbour and along the Solent. We are able to accommodate any new build here from small wooden dinghies to a 45ft yacht or motor boat.
