Here at Hunter's Yard we offer eco-friendly breaks on our fleet of Traditional 1930s wooden sailing yachts. We have cabin yachts and half deckers available for hire on the Norfolk Broads. There are no engines just superb sailing… and a quant! Although three of our Cabin Yachts have now been fitted with electric pods to use in place of quanting if preferred.We offer: Skippered sails with experienced skippers for 2, 3 and 4 hours.Half Decker day boat hire.Cabin Yacht Hire for short breaks and longer holidays.Learn to sail holidays where you can actually learn to sail the craft yourself while enjoying a holiday too.RYA sailing courses.Our own half decker to cabin yacht conversion courses.Youth and group sailing at discounted rates.Our cabin yachts are supplied with bedding, buoyancy jackets, grill, oven and propane gas. Crockery, cutlery and utensils. We have free parking available, and indoor parking available at an additional charge on request. Pets are welcome at an additional charge and we have a limited amount of doggy buoyancy jackets available too.Each boat has a useful information pack on board which includes maps, tide tables, shower info, places to eat and drink etc. Dinghies & tenders are available for hire with your yacht too.We have magnificent Gaff Sloops which sleep 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 people.Our half deckers include a Gunter Rigged Yare and Bure One Design, a Gunter Rigged Waveney One Design, 2 Gunter Rigged Rebels (the only Rebels available to hire on the Norfolk Broads), and 3 traditional balanced Lug Rigged craft.
